Synopsis: Warming up ahead of the London Games Festival, this affectionate, surprisingly moving documentary follows the serene, Grandmaster-like figure of Kim ‘Cannon Arm’ Kobke as he looks to break the world record score for obscure 1980s arcade game Gyruss and play for a barely conceivable 100-hours straight on a single coin. A sensitively handled portrait of the tender bonds formed between a group of genial social misfits united by their shared passion for retro arcade gaming.
